Objective: Mutual understanding and features of intercultural communication. exchange of experiences with cross culture communication in museums and other institutions in the cultural field in austria, slovenia and the neighbouring countries.
In consequence to former exchanges and meetings, we offer this workshop to continue the discussions about cultural diversity and how to react and act in museums and other institutions in the cultural field.
The Morning workshop will deal with mutual understanding and features of intercultural communication with a focus on recent migration challenges.
After lunch we will start with information about funding opportunities via Alpe-Adria-Allianz, Creative Europe or ERASMUS+-adult education.
Then the focus will be on exchange of experiences with cross culture communication in the partizipating projects. Successful but also failed examples are very wellcome.
Creative methods will offer the opportunity to discuss and cocreate joint project ideas – right in time for winter applications at EU.
Ziel: Wechselseitiges Verständnis und Merkmale Interkultureller Kommunikation. Erfahrungsaustausch zu Transkultureller Kommunikation in den Museen Österreichs, Sloweniens und Benachbarter Länder.
In Fortführung vorangegangener Diskussionen, Begegnungen und Gedankenaustausche bietet dieser Workshop die Möglichkeit, sich tiefer auf die Thematik einzulassen. Es geht um kulturelle Vielfalt und wie Museen und verwandte Kultureinrichtungen auf diese Herausforderung reagieren und selbst agieren.
Der Workshop am Vormittag wird sich mit wechselseitigem Verständnis, Akzeptanz und den verschiedenen Merkmalen inter- und transkultureller Kommunikation beschäftigen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt hier auf den Herausforderungen jüngster Migrationsbewegungen.
Der Nachmittag beginnt mit einer Information über Kooperationsförderungen mittels EU-Finanzierung (Alpe-Adria-Allianz, Creative Europe, ERASMUS+-Erwachsenenbildung). Der weitere Nachmittag ist dem Erfahrungsaustausch gewidmet und fokussiert Projekte und Versuche in Museen und Kultureinrichtungen, die Arbeit mit den Kulturen in den Mittelpunkt stellen. Berichte aus erfolgreichen, aber auch misslungenen Projekten sind mehr als willkommen.
Mittels kreativer Methoden wird schließlich die Möglichkeit geschaffen, Projektideen zu diskutieren und gemeinsam Ideen der Zusammenarbeit zu entwickeln – noch rechtzeitig für allfällige EU-Einreichungen im Winter.
